Clara Leung D.C. Chiropractor. Mother. Sailor?
For over 20 years, Dr. Leung has been helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best—whether they’re athletes, dancers, or motivated couch potatoes with big goals. Her passion lies in restoring mobility, preventing injury, and supporting patients through every stage of their movement journey.
When she's not in the clinic, you'll likely find her out for a run, on her bike, or more often than not, being outpaced by her two teenagers and the family dog.
Dr. Leung has provided treatment and performance support for both recreational and elite athletes and dancers, and has proudly served as an “IronDoc” at Ironman events across North America. With a background as a former ballerina and principal cellist, she brings a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on performing artists.
Her treatment approach is integrative and individualized. As a Chiropractor, she combines a variety of techniques and modalities, including:
Webster Technique for prenatal care
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture
Active Release Technique (ART)
Graston Technique
Kinesiotaping
Dr. Leung also offers coaching and performance consulting for runners, triathletes, and dancers, and regularly writes and speaks on topics like injury prevention and youth participation in sport.
